Upon arriving already we were having issues with the staff. We don’t speak Portuguese but we were using Google Translate with them which is fine we don’t expect for the staff to speak English. However, after 2 days of traveling to get there we did request to check in a bit early (15-30 min) after being absolutely disgusting from planes, bus, and ferry rides. The woman at the check in desk literally laughed in our faces when we explained to her that we just want a shower and we were aware that the room was ready. Throughout our stay we were rejected simple services that hotels offer like room cleaning service and had to request several times for someone to come and clean the room and request fresh towels. In the end we also had to sweep our own floors in the rooms. We ended up checking out 2 days early from their lack of service and when requesting a refund for the nights not used they refused and tried to get us to sign a form in Portuguese that we stayed the whole time we were supposed to. Thank god for Google Translate.

Pousada perfeita, retornaria com certeza, os funcionários são cordiais, uma excelente localização! Só não ficaria no mesmo apartamento, por ser na parte da frente, o som da rua incomoda bastante, e a iluminação na parte da manhã! Fora isso tudo perfeito!!

O café da manhã é bom.Tem café da tarde, bem singelo, mas bom.A recepção não foi bem pensada, só fica um atendente e, se tiverem + de 3 hospedes aguardando, fica muito apertado. Faltou sabão na pia do banheiro da recepção todos os dias. O atendente da piscina achei despreparado, demorava de ir à mesa e faltou cativação/simpatia. Os atendentes de forma geral precisam de um treinamento urgentemente, saber ser + educado e proativo com hóspede, alguns mal te olham. A área da piscina precisa ter + sombra.Precisa ter mais natureza, plantas trazem conforto e climatizam o ar.Infelizmente, construíram a pousada de forma a ficar impossibilitada a implantação de uma passarela que dê acesso à area comum de outra forma q não seja a entrada principal.A água p banho e pia da pousada é dura, sabão não consegue lavar nada, precisam pôr filtro. Uma noite n consegui dormir (eu avisei o whats da recepção e só foram responder pela manhã), pois o quadro de energia do quarto ao lado não parava de religar, isso pq o isolamento acústico de dentro da pousada é péssimo, o de fora é ótimo, não se ouve praticamente qse nada da praia qd fecha a porta da varanda. Os preços do restaurante - e a comida - e do frigobar são ótimos.O chuveiro tem boa vazão, a cama do quarto é boa.Precisam aumentar a quantidade de cadeiras de sol.Fui pedir a um funcionário se podia arranjar um regador pra molhar a area, n conseguia arranjar nem um balde sequer. O pessoal das barracas da frente - exceto a funny - caçoam c turista

A pousada é estrategicamente localizada no final da segunda praia. Perto do centrinho e das outras praias tambem. Ficamos no quarto de cima de frente pro e foi maravilhoso ter acesso a vista. Kelly foi otima no atendimento. O cafe da manha super variado e delicioso. O nosso quarto ficou ao lado de um restaurante com musica ao vivo a noite porem possui duas portas de vidro que isolam o barulho, entao nao incomodou. Ficariamos Novamente num futuro. Excelente!

O quarto estava muito limpo, cheiroso e aconchegante! Apesar de estarmos no agito da passarela da segunda praia (localização excelente!) o isolamento acústico foi adequado. Toalhas impecáveis e roupas de cama idem! Chuveiro maravilhoso! E ar-condicionado funcionando muito bem! O café da manhã estava muito bom! Com muitas opções, inclusive saudáveis. A piscina com hidromassagem fica no rooftop e é maravilhosa! Voltando da praia tem chuveiro disponível para tirar areia do corpo/pé. Os funcionários tanto do café, da limpeza e da recepção foram muito atenciosos e me ajudaram com tudo. Eu voltaria e altamente recomendo.

Muito bem localizada para quem gosta de tudo a mão. Pertinho do centrinho e das praias. Confortável, excelente café da manhã, área de piscina sensacional, manutenção em dia. Únicos detalhes a ponderar: falta um porta sabonete na pia e local para pendurar toalha de mão, a lixeira do banheiro precisa ser de pedal e precisa de local para pendurar as roupas molhadas, sugiro varal retrátil sobre a banheira, fica prático e escorre adequadamente. O quarto apesar de amplo é mal distribuído. A cama é pequena, o banheiro é apertado, não há uma cadeira no quarto, salão do café pequeno, cortinas não vedam a luz e ainda tinha uma calha de zinco que na chuva não deixa você dormir. Faltou arquiteto no projeto

Muito bom

Experiência maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto muito bom com hidromassagem e uma vista incrível da segunda praia. Atendimento ótimo e área comum da piscina muito boa também. Pontos que podem melhorar: travesseiro (achei muito duro) e a acústica do quarto (escutamos barulho da rua e do corredor).
