Large, comfortable and modern house on the paradisiac island of MORRO DE SÃO PAULO in Bahia. Located in VILA DE GAMBOA DO MORRO, beautiful fishing village where you can only get by boat. we are 40m from the beach. WELL BETTER THAN "FOOT IN THE SAND" !!! Best Sunset in the area. House very well built, ventilated, kitchen complete with all utensils. We provide bed linen, towels and floors. Rest assured.

A casa é ótima, muito limpa, ventilada e aconchegante, fica perto de tudo, inclusive da praia da argila, com suas belezas naturais, é bem localizada, pois fica em frente a uma pracinha que é bem movimentada a noite, pois tem ao seu redor: igreja, restaurantes, barzinhos, sorveteria, açaí, pizzaria, que é muito bem frequentada, pois a Gamboa é uma comunidade muito ordeira acolhedora. Gostamos muito da casa e do lugar, que é muito bonito e transmite muita paz e tranquilidade, pretendemos voltar em outra oportunidade.

Desde o primeiro contato com o administrador senti que não iria me decepcionar, fomos muito bem recepcionados e tudo que foi informado, realmente foi o que encontramos. A casa bem localizada, perto de tudo que precisar. A estrutura bacana, embora seja comprida e sem janelas laterias, é bem arejada, com roupas de cama bem limpinhas e com todos utensílios necessários. Ficamos confortavelmente instalados e todos muito satisfeitos com a locação, nos sentimos em casa. Gamboa é um lugar lindo, perfeito para relaxar e curtir com a família. Super indico e certamente voltaremos. Obrigada e forte abraço!

Bom , começando pelo primeiro contato com o dono do imóvel foi ótima mas quando fui passado para pessoa que administra o imóvel não obtive uma boa impressão,pois, parece que ela não tem habilidade em lidar com público,mas como todo meu contato inicial foi com o dono do imóvel , facilitou um pouco minhas duvidas referente a parte financeira como foi combinado.Falando da casa, uma boa casa , porém falta um pouco de ventilação natural na casa , mas acredito que foi por conta das construções do passado. Casa bem localizada, quase em frente a praia,boa arquitetura e falta rede wifi , pois , o sinal em gamboa é péssimo e mal mente funciona a operadora vivo.Então resumindo : - Pontos positivos : Bom relacionamento com o Sergio ( Proprietário do imóvel ); Casa boa próximo da praia de Gamboa;Ar condicionados em todos os quartos; Não falta nada de utensílios domésticos. - Pontos Negativos : Negociar com a administradora do imóvel; Imóvel com apenas 2 banheiros;Falta ventilação natural na casa;Falta de rede Wifi , pois o sinal é terrível em Gamboa. Prezados, O local que escolhemos para descansar por alguns dias (Gamboa / Morro de São Paulo) é aprazível e encantador (a praia é do estilo que gostamos águas calmas e límpidas)... A casa que alugamos a localização privilegiada (fica no largo da Vila / alguns metros da Igreja Católica) e as condições de habitabilidade perfeitas (móveis, eletrodomésticos, utensílios, ar condicionadores, roupa de cama, etc). A casa é muito bem planejada o que fez com que ficássemos bem acomodados, mesmo estando em número máximo de 12 pessoas! A localização é excelente! bem próximo á praia e ideal pra quem deseja uma estadia em local tranquilo. Tivemos alguns pequenos problemas com os banheiros da casa, que foram prontamente resolvidos com a ajuda da colaboradora Cristina, que esteve sempre a disposição para o que precisássemos. Durante a negociação estive em contato constante com os proprietários Sérgio e Jaqueline que foram muito atenciosos e estiveram sempre prontos para me ajudar e esclarecer qualquer dúvida que houvesse. Recomendo a todos!

A casa é incrivel, realmente como esta nas fotos. A localização é excelente. Amamos a praia da Gamboa, definitivamente foi a melhor opcao. O Sergio e a Cristina foram super atenciosos e cumpriram com tudo que foi negociado. Voltaremos com certeza.
