Foi tudo muito bom...só um detalhe que deveria ser mais destacado... que a pousada tem duas partes... a 3a e 4a praia...e não são juntas ...tem um tranfer para acesso ou ida a pé(200 metros na praia)...por exemplo pra ir até a piscina ou café da manhã...mas fora isso tudo muito bom...

Travesseiros muito finos, desconfortáveis. Cama de solteiro bastante desconfortável. Solicitamos mais travesseiros por dois dias seguidos e não fomos atendidos. Os demais pontos, nada a reclamar. Pousada linda, bem cuidada. Café da manhã bastante variado e saboroso.

El hotel podría ser muy bueno. El problema es que está pésimamente manejado. Después de las 4/5 pm quedan a cargo unos chicos que no entienden nada. Y no resuelven nada. Nuestra habitación perdía agua por el lavamanos (foto) , que a su vez estaba tapado (foto) Pedimos que vengan , y no lo solucionaron. Luego al día siguiente se tapó la ducha. De la nada. Pedimos que vinieran y dejaron todo sucio (foto). Pusimos una toalla para secar , y en vez de pedirnos disculpas , nos dijeron que como las toallas se cambian cada dos días , ese día no la iban a poder cambiar porque no tocaba. Una locura total. Explicándole al chico de la tarde/noche , lo inexplicable para que nos dieran un toallon seco ! . Nadie vino a disculparse a pesar que me quejé formalmente al WhatsApp del hotel. Nunca arreglaron la pérdida. Veníamos de pasar 3 noches en villa dos corais que está al lado , un abismo la diferencia. Si pueden paguen un poco más y no se estresen. Vale la pena cada centavo. La ubicación es bárbara , tiene una linda piscina (aunque fría ) y el desayuno está muy bien. Pero lo barato sale caro en este hotel. Los toallones son de mala calidad , y los mezquinan como si fueran los últimos del planeta. No volvería.

Excelente!

Eu e minha filha passamos 8 dias na Pousada Caeira e ficamos encantadas com a beleza do local, o silêncio, a proximidade das praias 3 e 4, e do centrinho charmoso da cidade, o conforto do quarto e o delicioso café da manhã bastante completo. Além dos funcionários da pousada que são bastantes atenciosos. Tudo perfeito!

Don't stay at the Caeira inn/farm/ it's a scam

Hello. I am in a terrible state. This Fazenda Caeira Inn, which used to be very good, is now a lie. I have known the place for 30 years. Today it is a fraud. I request the immediate de-accreditation of Fazenda Caeira/Pousada Caeira from all platforms of the Hotels/Expedia group. IMMEDIATELY. Today I am talking to the CEOs of the other tourism platforms to do the same. ALL OF THEM. I also request a full refund of the amount paid. I will repeat. I request a FULL REFUND of the amount paid. They offer one thing and deliver another. The toilet in the room was broken, the pool bar was not working, there were no towels for the pool, the outside areas are dirty, there is a dog in the restaurant (a serious public health problem), the place is noisy and crowded (it looks like a vacation club, they just didn't invite the guests) and they practice Day Use and this is not informed at the time of booking or on the establishment's official website. Worse still, the best locations are reserved for day use and guests are placed at the back with no shade. I have had skin cancer twice and didn't have a single shade to stay in. It's outrageous! In short, it's a horror show. Fazenda Caeira thinks it's a 5-star hotel and charges like a 5-star hotel, but they lost their stars at sea... In tourism, if you want to charge a lot, you need to deliver perfect service. I'm currently staying at the hotel, but I'm trying to transfer to the hotel next door (Vila dos Corais). At the moment, I'm also studying

Fiquei hospedado na quarta praia e achei a localização muito boa. Na minha opinião a praia na frente do nosso quarto era melhor que a terceira praia (na frente da piscina). O quarto que nós ficamos também era muito espaçoso e confortável. O único ponto do quarto que eu melhoraria é o chuveiro, acho que da pra ter mais pressão e a água ser mais quente.
