Staff are always wonderful. I am an elderly disabled lady that travels alone and the staff are always great about helping me. I usually stay in the same room and it is always clean and the housekeeping staff are very nice. Love the towels at the pool.

Rooms were very clean, however, the heating systems did not seem to work properly....rm 323 was blowing cook air....room 326 heater made a lot of noise when it came on. Room 326 also only had towels, cups, etc. for one person...we had to go downstairs to get more. But, we loved the accommodations, the breakfast bar, complimentary coffee in lobby, and the staff was very courteous and very, very helpful. Thanks for the night...wish we could have stayed longer.
