"The room was poorly managed and didn’t have a tv in the living room area. You have to call and get tv remote programmed and hope that they come. Their is junk old things broken just in parking lot and blocking two parking spots. The mineral pools some work and others get full of leaves and the jets stop working or leaves get surrounded around you while in hot tub and Emory the manager said that they get the pool cleaned in the morning but at night it gets clogged up but if it’s 24 hour pool and hot tubs then it should work all 24 hours. Also the grounds are just poorly kept. Also got breakfast at the capri and it was just bland normal breakfast food nothing special. I have to shout out Krissy for helping us when we brought these issues up to them but make sure when u have the issues you go before you leave or else they won’t do anything over the phone for ur issues. I just wouldn’t stay here period unfortunately even when u request late check out for noon and given the okay someone will still knock on ur door at 11:10 and just enter ur room."
