Déçus et trompés

Voici les commentaires faits à la réception de l’hôtel : nous avons réservé un séjour dans un spa 4 étoiles, chambre avec terrasse, nous avons été envoyés dans la partie « résidence » type appart hôtel, absolument pas 4 étoiles, sans terrasse. La propreté laissait à désirer. Les enfants ne sont pas les bienvenus. La piscine intérieure leur est accessible de 8h à 10h, aux horaires du petit-déjeuner. Soit ils mangent, soit ils profitent de l’eau. Évidemment les buses de massages sont coupées à ces horaires pour que les parents ne puissent pas profiter non plus. Idem le soir, piscine accessible de 19h à 20h. Manger ou nager, il faut choisir. La piscine extérieure est d’un minimum d’1m50. Si vos enfants ne savent pas nager, oubliez de profiter d’un café au bord de l’eau. Le spa est par ailleurs interdit aux enfants, donc pas fait pour les parents célibataires ou les parents qui s’entendent, il faudra s’alterner et oublier les vacances couple + enfants. L’hôtel est éloigné de tout, nous étions censés profiter d’un spa, nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir faire 60 min de voiture aller-retour par jour pour se rendre à la mer et profiter. C’est la 1ere fois que nous laissons un commentaire négatif sur un hôtel spa. Le personnel n’y est pour rien, ils étaient courtois et sont conscients de la stupidité des règles qui leur sont imposées.

Très bon accueil le jour de l'arrivée pour une nuit et une compréhension de l'hôtesse qui a accepté de nous changer de chambre. Ce qui ne fût pas le cas le lendemain ou nous n'avons pas eu accès à la piscine au grand désarroi de ma fille déçu de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine l'espace d'une heure sans complément de prix. Et oui, la loi, c'est la loi......??

Smart hotel.

The stay was great! The pool was fantastic and the hotel was clean and neat. The sofa bed in the room wasn’t very comfortable and the waitress at breakfast was rushed off her feet doing the job of 2 people but she remained professional and friendly managing the 2 rooms by herself.
