Deuxième fois chez Marc

Nous sommes revenu chez Marc à Monticello pour un nouveau séjour de 3 nuits. L'accueil est toujours aussi convivial voire carrément amical. Notre hôte sait se rendre disponible tout en restant discret. Un séjour apaisant sur les premières hauteurs des collines. Une jolie petite balade permet d'aller se baigner à une petite plage bien tranquille. Marc saura vous conseiller en fonction de ce que vous avez envie de faire. Je recommande donc vivement d'aller y passer quelques jours.

Jolie maison indépendante avec vue sur un coin de mer

Bien placé pour descendre à l'île Rousse... Mais cela remonte au retour. Il faut un peu de courage ou d'assistance électrique si l'on est à vélo. Accès facile vers le Guissani ou vers l'île Rousse : la montagne d'un côté, la mer de l'autre à vous de choisir.

Das Objekt entspricht in keinerlei Hinsicht dem Inserat. Es gibt keine Terasse und auch keine Gartenmöbel. Die Lage ist katastrophal ohne einem Geländewagen, kommen sie nicht an das Haus. Im Haus hatten wir überall Ameisen. Der Wohnbereich kann nicht gelüftet werden es gibt kein Fenster. Wenn sie dieses Haus buchen, muss einem klar sein, dass man sich überhaupt nicht draußen aufhalten kann. Wir sind nach 2 Tagen abgereist.

Très bien pour y dormir, moins pour y passer la journée

L'appartement que l'on peut assimiler à une petite maison est bien agencé et très calme la nuit, ce qui est un point très positif. Les photos sont un peu trop bien cadrées et ne permettent pas de comprendre que la petite terrasse avec table et chaises est bordée d'un chemin en terre (heureusement une impasse !) emprunté par quelques véhicules quotidiens : poussière et pas d'intimité. La terrasse en bois vue de la fenêtre de la pièce de vie n'est pas une terrasse mais le toit du garage ; dommage que ceci ne puisse être sécurisé pour en faire une terrasse utile et agréable... L'eau froide coule d'abord très chaude, à la limite du supportable ; il faut laisser couler longtemps avant d'avoir une eau fraiche. Parfois l'eau est coupée pour remplir la piscine dont l'appartement ne bénéficie pas... Hormis ces points, le calme nocturne du quartier nous a permis de bien nous reposer de nos escapades à la journée pour profiter de cette belle région. Monticello est un beau village, bien situé pour visiter la Balagne, côté mer ou côté montagne. Marc nous a donné en fin de séjour un bon tuyau baignade, merci à lui !

Excellent séjour et un hôte aux petits soins

Un très bon accueil de la part de Marc. Un mot sympathique à chaque fois que l’on s’est croisé et très prévenant sur nos besoins. Merci à lui. L’appartement en lui même est très bien situé et bien agencé. Il dispose de tout ce sont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Caroline et Léo
