This older hotel is basically 1/4 block from the ocean/ Lovers Point. Beautiful views. Walkable to restaurants and "downtown".The front desk, possibly the owner?, was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty much as displayed on their website. Very dated, but clean. The bed was comfortable.

We were really pleased with our ocean view from the third floor. There was a beautiful park 1 minute walk across the street. Also an excellent restaurant right across the street. Located on Oceanview drive just beautiful coastline right down to the entrance to the 17 mile drive We have a new place to stay in the Monterrey area

Staff was courteous, room was clean, great location, hottest shower ever. Negative - walls are paper thin and u can hear everything, bar right across the street, so loud talking, laughing late at night. Made it tough to sleep. M

Location, location, location! Clean, even though it’s an older hotel. Vanity sink area was nice to have room to spread out and to have the toilet & shower separate. Right near the Lover’s Point park and walkway for amazing views of the Pacific ocean and bay aquatic life. Close to downtown shops and restaurants too.
