The hotel is wonderful and big. Staff was amazing and friendly, never had an issue with anyone. Loved the way they also showed my one year old nephew love and gave him hugs and high-fives anytime he was seen. I just didn’t like my room had a roach upon check in crawling on the wall and a smell. It smelled like mold and you could see it around the AC vent from the condensation. We just made the best of it because we were ready to for a much needed vacation. A deep cleaning was given and I was offered a new room but I was leaving the next day so switching rooms was pointless but I didn’t see a difference with the deep cleaning and the room still smelt the same either way. My refrigerator wasn’t working but it was replaced. I didn’t like that I filled out paperwork for my dad to come get my family and I and it got lost and it was an issue every time he tried to come and get us. I also wasn’t told paperwork needed to be done every single time

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Coral Springs. The pool was huge, plenty of room for all the guests. The lazy river with the bar attached, so much fun! We enjoyed all the dining options, wish there was a steak house on the 'family' side of the resort. Just outside the resort some locals have set up a small market with souvenirs, hair braiding, horseback riding and lobster lunches. Ask for Reggie or Neil. We were looking for more activities around the pool during the day, games and contests. Loved the live music outside at night, would probably skip the theater shows. Rooms were clean and spacious, some design flaws (drawers that won't open, etc.). The waterpark was great for the little kids, a burger stand and bar located right there as well. I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

I had a fantastic experience at Ocean Coral Spring! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shoutout to Moya, my butler, who was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I got a room with a better view after my initial check-in. Her service truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. The resort itself is beautiful, with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

It was my family's first time to Jamaica but not our first time to the Caribbean. I was very impressed with the resort. I could tell instantly that it was a newer facility. The staff kept the place looking clean and neat. The room we stayed in had plenty of room for two adults and two younger children. I thought the restaurants were excellent and there were many to choose from. We especially appreciated the variety at the buffet. The buffet had a great variety of food and was impressed with the fresh fruits. I was worried about my kids, who are not experimental eaters, having a difficult time picking food that they would eat. That was never the case and left the restaurants every time with full bellies. The pool and waterpark were better than expected. The pools was large and had plenty of lounge chairs to support the guests. Also, there were lots of bungalows that allowed reprieve from the Caribbean sun if desired. Between the 2 pools, waterpark, and beach we were never without a place to sit by the water. My kids had a ton of fun at the waterpark! If they got bored there we would go to the lazy river for a while and then right back to the waterpark. There was soo much for the kids to do there. I would like to give a lot of credit to the lifeguarding staff members. They were very attentive to the kids in all the pools and the beach. They interacted with the kids and parents in a very positive manner. The beach is very shallow and we could not snorkel.

What I Loved: ✔️ The landscape is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to walk around. The surroundings create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. ✔️ There’s a lovely coffee shop on-site, which was a great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. What Needs Improvement: ❌ Unfortunately, the food and service did not meet expectations. The quality of the meals was lacking, and the service was inconsistent. Some staff members seemed inattentive, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, while the resort itself is visually stunning, the dining experience and service need work. With some improvements in those areas, this could be an outstanding place to stay.

Overall, the resort was great. Had an inconvenience when we first got there, but the staff took care of it immediately everything was great after that the grounds are beautiful.

Really great location and rooms Not overwhelming for a resort witch is nice Great staff Just not completely all inclusive - before 10 am breakfast not included and after -0 pm not included . Lots of small fine print for foods . But w writhing else was fantastic
