"Rooms are always clean, I love the modern look, and employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Went for my birthday and it was a great experience as always! Will definitely be back for the 4th time! 😄
One of my fave hotels in Downtown LA! Great location since it's right around the corner to the Grand Central Market. Rooms are always clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Came here for the 3rd time and it was for my birthday, they did not disappoint.
Pros: decent beakfast at a surcharge, clean hotel, friendly staff, good drinks, mini fridge, offers water to refill bottles
Cons: bar snacks are okay as far as flavor & pillows are slightly hard"
