The property was great. Everyone was super friendly. The pool was open late. My kids love that and had a really nice restaurant. The only thing that would’ve been better was they should have a better selection for the 24 hour snack area but everything else was 100% The staff was very good too. They even had free allergen cookies that they gave my son at the front desk.

Anytime we needed anything from room service the people in the front desk didnt care, we asked for towels at the front desk for 3 days and they always said that they didnt have any cause people at the pool used them. What kind of hotel doesn't have enough towels and they said they couldnt do anything about it. We asked them for a bottle opener and they said they lost it just a couple minutes ago. Bad service

It’s a clean hotel but the check-in experience was not that pleasant. Regardless of the availability of the rooms they gave us a room next to the elevator and we weren’t even asked if we have any preference to choose, I also couldn’t see if the hotel have breakfast choice in Expedia.
