There was not much to like, the complete staff do not speak or understand English completely. After check inn we wanted to have a coffee, the coffee maker did not work Called the desk three times , there suggestion was to come to the lobby and get a coffee, I really got upset and they FINALLY sent maintenance, he cheerily replaced the broken coffee maker. The room was for two people BUT there was ONLY one chair and that was very uncomfortable. The bed was so soft with ABSOLUTELY no support at ALL and the the pillows were just garbage, I got about one hour sleep. The breakfast was completely cold and disgusting except for the coffee which was Luke warm. The staff were gathered up having a great gab session and doing nothing for the people wanting a decent breakfast, until a gentleman in a suit came in for hoy coffee, I think he was either the owner or manager, well then things immediately happening, the gathering broke up and new hot food and food that was depleted came flying out of the kitchen by the warp speed. This hotel needs for management to deal with the uncaring staff. It was probably the worst stay I have ever had in my 40 year business life and I will be sure to pass this review along to ALL of my 8000 plus digital business clients and ask them to pass it along all of their contacts. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, THANKS EXPEDIA FOR SENDING ME TO A HELL HOLE, GOOD RATING FOR EXPEDIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
