Tv didn’t work, cockroaches, rude, would not refund the last night said I had to take it up with you. AC vent dirty. Tried to charge me for parking when I called in advance. Fire lanes blocked completely. No Ice machine. Said it broke. Rotten smell in room. Would never go back

Photos don’t look like property, found cigarette butt in bathroom, a lot of second hand smoke, key card demagnetized easily, seems rough to live out here based on conversations with people in complex, cleaning people were kind of nice

Left a necklace there and when I called to ask if they found it hanging on the shower rod, they were so rude and told me sure would check 1 time and if she doesn’t see it there. There’s nothing she is going to do about it. She didn’t even give a call back so make sure not to leave anything there because you will not get it back!!
