They are friendly with customer service but everything else failed. I had cancel our reservation we made for no show but they charge my card for cancel no show fee but made no mention about it. And our room was disgusting. The pull out bed we had wasn't clean and cover with food leftover from previous occupants.
Property was very clean. Room was very nice. Only issue I had was you could hear the water from other rooms.
