Everything was great: shower pressure and heat were excellent, bed was good (we always like firmer mattresses but this was fine), staff, breakfast. The reason it's not 5 stars is that the hot tub was not working (and had not been for a bit) and there was no notice of through Booking or hotel messages about that. And we chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub.

The pricing is very reasonable. The staff was great. However, the rooms need some help. Our sink did not drain properly, pieces of molding were loose or missing, towels are worn and thin, the climate unit was missing the front vents. Also, the TV had poor picture quality. Breakfast choices were quite sparse.

Staff was great. The heater in the room sounded like a rain storm and the light came on by itself at about 3 am! Breakfast was ok, wish there would have been some got food.
