Close access to Moab but is far enough out for peace and quiet. Very nice unit, very clean and very spacious bathroom.Tyler responded to our questions and request very quickly and it was nice not worry about anything.

Stellar First Stay in Moab

The property is stunning and situated very close to town and the National Parks. It’s clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property managers communicate quickly and clearly. It would be a pleasure to book with them next time we return.

Overall it was good. Had to rewash some dishes upon arrival. No grilling utensils or brush to clean grates . Good parking and location. Outdoor furniture not clean.

Four day weekend

The room was new and clean. I dud like the laundromat being in the same building a huge plus.Only had a few issues, some small some not so much.The noise from the neighbors, especially upstairs, was extremely loud. Dragging of luggage and loud walking was excessive. My partner described it as like they are hammering nails in the floor with their heels. Being a new build I would think the insulation would be top notch.The shed builder sheds blocking or showing just under the mountain view was a litte disappointing but since we were out early hiking and sightseeing, it wasn't a deal breaker.Other small issues which could be fixed easy and would be to add hand held shower wands.Vacuuming under the bed (lors of dust) and under the cushions on the pull out bed needs to be done. Opening up the pull out bed and seeing food crumbs from the precious renters is not a great sight.
