Nice place, had everything we needed. Close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

Nice hotel, very close to Arches National Park. I would stay there again.

Nice outdoor pool and private patio with water and fire features offers a great place to relax. The included breakfast is elaborate in a good setting with excellent service.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good The location was excellent

The service was phenomenal! The hotel was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was surprisingly fantastic! The staff was very nice and curteous. The room was in great shape and well cared for!

Location was close to I-17 and the room was very clean.

Great location just outside of downtown Moab. Many choices for breakfast, comfortable rooms and quiet. The pool and hot tubs were appreciated after a day of hiking!

Probably overall one of the best holiday inns I've ever stayed in. Only issue is that motorcycles parked overnight along the baggage unloading area at the front door. It was annoying that I had to squeeze between them and unload my luggage. I didn't take this into consideration for my rating, I don't think the hotel should be accountable for the dis-respectfulness of others.

This hotel was great. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the location of this hotel was perfect. Breakfast had a good amount of options and it was free. The pool was lots of fun, we enjoyed the fire pit outside as well.

Loved the room - just too much dough! The pool was a big selling point. Accessibility was easy.

My husband and I had never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express prior to our Moab vacation. We always preferred a different hotel chain. We were very pleased with the quality of the rooms, and something that may seem small but means a lot to us is the choice of pillows. They supplied both soft ones and firm ones! Looks like we may be changing our top choice of hotels. It so happens that in addition, it was a better value to our previous choice!

Over priced. Too far away from the center of Moab, which is where you want to be.

We booked hotels for a cross country trip with our dog without issue. There was an issue with the 'pet friendly' filter seeming pets were allowed, when they are not. Upon arrival, we were turned away and told to call the third party reservationist to get our refund. After almost an hour on the phone in an attempt to get our refund, the hotel manager denied giving it to us.

Located just North of town, near Arches National Park. This worked out great for us as we found it a little busy right in town.

The receptionist was amazing!!! We had an issue with our room and she went above and beyond to make sure she did everything in her power to remedy as much as she could. She was also very up beat and ready to perform her job to the highest expectations! Overall the hotel was clean and welcoming. But when it came to my son losing his sock, the scavenger hunt unraveled a few unpleasant findings. We found trash, dirty kleenex and a bottle of oils. It was clear the staff didn't try to hard on cleaning the room.

I have stayed in Moab several times and, for the price, this was the best place I have stayed.

This is a really nice hotel. I've stayed just about everywhere in Moab and would certainly stay here again. Only minor drawbacks are the location (can't walk to the downtown restaurants and stores) and the staff didn't take out our trash when cleaning the room. Will definitely return!

Stayed for 4 nights-the initially assigned room was very nice, just located on the ground floor, so was concerned about privacy issues when curtains open (it was a 13th anniversary trip, after all :)-asked then for another room and-voila!, it was done, no problem. Breakfast was great-not 5 star, but more than adequate to fuel a day of hiking. Rooms were spacious, new, very comfortable. Staff was outstanding-great attitude permeated the staff. Located very near the park. Hotel stay exceeded my expectations, would not hesitate to recommend to a friend, and would definitely stay again -and I didn't even get a chance to use the pool!

Terrible experience. Front desk staff was more interested in checking her Iphone than working the counter. Room had strong BO / cigar smell. Managment did offer full cancellation... but no where else to go. ALSO NOTE: POOL IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE AND NOTE USABLE. Mountain Bikers Note: Bike storage room was ill conceived. All guests with keys have access to room. If you store your bike there... you will need your own locks / cables / chains. Typically... better places in Moab have a storage room directly controlled by hotel staff and use claim checks. We ended up storing our bikes at the Best Western with friends staying there.

We were overly surprised to walk in the lobby and find it gutted with electrical wires, drywall, and dust everywhere. ALSO, there was no swimming pool. We booked this hotel for the indoor swimming pool in February. NONE of this was indicated on the description when we booked.
