This hotel is a complete scam — READ BEFORE BOOKING Everything seemed fine during my stay until I got a call accusing me of stealing the room number sign (which I absolutely did not). Then they charged my card a high fee for it and even claimed they’d called the cops and pressed charges — which turned out to be a lie. I called the police myself, and they confirmed no such report existed. When I asked for proof, they said they had “video evidence.” I requested to see it, and suddenly their story changed — first it was supposedly me, then they said it was my companion, and they couldn’t even keep their story straight about what time this supposedly happened. Their customer service is terrible, their accusations are baseless, and they clearly make random, unauthorized charges. Stay far away from this place.

The entry lobby needs a re-fresh and the elevator is broken until December. The rooms are fresh and clean, but the bathrooms need more space for guest toiletries. Beds were comfortable, rooms are on the small side.
