This place is fantastic! There's an extra charge for breakfast but the food is excellent quality and better than most hotel breakfasts. So for $10 I thought it was worth it. The suite I stayed in was immaculate, quiet and comfortable. Hot tub was fantastic. I felt the check-in could have been a little more personable and informative, but otherwise it was a delightful stay.

Check in was easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the couch watching TV and the view from the balcony even though it was a tad cold. One of the best places we have stayed in a long time. The ND decor was great. We would definitely stay here again when we visit South Bend.

So my sister and I traveled to South Bend,IN for the first time and we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. We were greeted with a smile and EXCELLENT hospitality. We had the pleasure of working with the manager Isabelle ( such a lovely woman and VERY humble, never knew she was the manager until asked). Overall she made sure our stay was a gratifying. We stayed in the deluxe suite, which was very decent size. It was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable and loved each room had ceiling fans and digital thermostat to adjust temperatures in each room. The room had a stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and lots of counter space w/ bar stools. The living room was a great size to hang out and watch tv or just simply relax. Depending on the time of year there is also a great balcony w/chairs to hang out as well. Although we didn’t sleep on the pull out couch it seemed comfortable to sit on. I loved the deep/huge tub and the double vanity was a plus!! I would recommend when booking to purchase the breakfast package, it’s about $10 a day if you don’t but you get a good variety of things that I’m sure everyone in your party would enjoy. The wait staff down there was super friendly and helpful and made sure the food was readily available once depleted. After you eat they have a 24hr workout area, pool and hot tub (not sure if that’s 24hr). Plenty of parking around the whole hotel and plenty of entry points.
