Wonderful Getaway

We had a great time this past week. The place was perfect for all of us, and the walk to the beach from the house was amazing! The only thing we struggled with was parking. Our cars fit differently than the pictures showed, but we made it work and it was great. Will definitely look into staying there again.

Perfect for large family!

Perfect place for a large family group! Being right on the beach was amazing and of all the places we have stayed this had the lost amenities. From a stocked kitchen to all the beach toys and chairs you could want! Only thing to be mindful of is the lower level queen/bunk beds room is the access to the back queen room and bathroom. Long as you are tracking that your fine! Otherwise great once and close to everything. Highly recommend and we come to the area all the time.

Its not all about location

I find this location and building to be ideal but I was disappointed overall. Just after pre-paying for the unit I got a request to sign an extra renter agreement I've never had to do before. Part of the agreement was a huge penalty for checking out late and explicitly accepting nothing for checking in late. And of course, the unit wasn't ready on time which was also a first for me. The unit has a good layout but for some reason the master bath doesn't have a shower head over the tub so the unit really is effectively 4 bedroom and 2 baths and the baths are all in bedrooms. The thermostat was locked to no lower than 68 which made the main level comfortable but the upstairs hot all the time. The master had no window (just a door that doesn't open because there isn't a deck on that level) so we couldn't cool off at night. The rest of the deck was small and frankly felt unsafe. There was also a camera mounted on the back of the house facing the deck which felt like a big invasion of privacy. I'm not planning to stay in that unit again but might find a neighboring one.

Great week on the beach!

Beach house was great, few things didn’t notice when booking, only 2 showers. No room for parking. Said it was tight but had no idea it would be that bad. Outside little run down, but inside updated and good furniture. The location was the best! Lots of beach chairs and toys, we didn’t know about, may not have brought so many with us, may want to add these few things to listing? All in all a great week!

Great location, great view, top floor bedroom was alittle hot, dishwasher had a bad smell, wish there was better patio furniture on deck, had everything we needed, had a great time would definitely book again!!

Great location but construction next door

The location is great. The pictures were a little misleading I thought. The furniture is different and I'm sure there was a deck off the upstairs bedroom when we booked but that was not the case. That picture is no longer there so maybe they were delayed on updating it as there was a door -- just no balcony. That was very disappointing. There was also construction next door that was literally hammering on the walls all day. They also power washed the adjoining deck and painted it with a sprayer making our deck unusable for the first 3 days and filthy for the rest. We also had 2 different people at 2 different times walk into our place. They both apologized saying they were from the management company and thought the place was empty. I called about this and it didn't happen anymore.
