Lovely Unit!

Upon arrival, building has plenty of luggage carts and shopping carts. There's a Publix about a mile away. Unit is on a high floor with wrap around balcony, stunning views of the emerald water. Unit is clean and has all the basics (dishes, utensils, appliances). Could have used a few extra garbage bags. Small detail I love about the unit are the doors separating the rooms. Once closed, complete quiet. Didn't hear neighbors or others in the unit when one of us went to bed early or wanted some quiet. Master and the living room both open to the balcony. Two pools are great - lots of kids. Bar / restaurant at the pool was professionally run. Mini golf, basketball and pickle ball all available. Just a really good experience. We typically go to Rosemary Beach but Tops'l and this unit in particular are our new all time favorite. Would definitely highly recommend!

Great little spot for a family trip

The convenience of the little tiki bar area right by the condo/beach was a big plus us with two little ones. If you're looking for a relatively no-hassle (not ridiculously expensive) family-friendly beach spot, this definitely will get the job done!

The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo was well stocked with everything from extra pillows to kitchen items for cooking. There is an ice machine on the ground floor of the property which we found to be very convenient. I highly recommend this unit.

Great Property

I have nothing but good things to say for this property. Very nice, very comfortable and great location. The only less than positive feedback is that the pools for the site need some work. They seemed to struggle with the number of people using them (not that many really) and stayed a little too dirty and developed a scummy area just about every day. They were still great and we really enjoyed them but hopefully that's something that can be addressed in the near future. Great overall though.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed with a spectacular view! All appliances worked great, the stairs and elevators were easy to take you to the pool, bar, beach and restaurant. Having chairs and umbrella for the beach was so convenient. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach and soft white sand went on for miles, and our section of the beachfront was spacious and not as crowded as places closer to Destin. We already want to return!
