*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through SEPTEMBER 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW SOA Owners Pool on the north side of the resort. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for the pool closure inconvenience.

Tram service is also included. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
