The view is spectacular and loved the beach vibe throughout the condo! Fun bar and restaurants within walking distance and the beach…THE best! Would definitely stay here again.

Surfside is our favorite condo resort and this unit was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Great location within the resort and spectacular views! Great communication from the host. Easy check-in and check-out. We really appreciate the ability to park our car in a garage, which is a rarity at the beach.

Beautiful View

Loved this Condo. Perfect location to watch the sun rise each morning. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many different condos, mostly located at the Seascape Resort area, but this was one of the best.

First time snowbirds!

Great stay. We got to see the sunrise every morning! We hated to leave. Everything was perfect. Only thing I’m sad about is we can’t come back next year to the same unit because it got booked before we were able to rent for next year.

Great stay

We had an amazing time at Mandy and Otto's place. We ended up coming a day late and since the front desk was not open on Sunday both Mandy and Otto were super helpful in making sure we were able to get to the beach and enjoy the start of our trip! Place was as advertised, super clean and well kept. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Thanks!

Awesome Experience!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! My family and I just fell in love with the panoramic views in both bedrooms and from the living room. We have 3 kids so we needed something spacious and homey and we got just that! The private beach with drink service was a highlight.

Getaway

First time in the Destin area and I must say being fromNC, this beach has definitely spoiled me! From the condo I stayed in all the way to the beautiful Emerald Coast. The condo was exactly as expected, clean, roomy and conveniently located. I really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sunset beaming. I will definitely be back.

Girls yearly getaway

This property was perfect. Beautiful condo with perfect views, roomy, Clean, and well stocked. Pool hot tub area were fantastic. The on-site restraunt was fantastic. Great beach access. Secure area. Beach bar with great atmosphere. Bonfire on the beach every Friday and Monday. I could go on and on. This is a must rent condo if visiting this area

CLEAN GET-AWAY IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD

The condo was immaculate, the kitchen well-stocked, but best of all was the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed my coffee every morning looking out over the water. There was a minor issue with a banging/clicking noise around the dryer. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful property

The property was just as listed. It was very clean with great views of the beach. Had wifi issues initially but this was quickly resolved. The only issues was a periodic banging in the wall by the washer/dryer that was somewhat irritating when you awoke in the night. The exhaust fan in the owner's bathroom also did not work. Neither issue was a major concern however.

Great location. The beds were very comfortable. Restaurant on location was good. The pool was a little cold but we figured it was due to the rain. Overall our group had an excellent vacation.

Just right!

We had a blast and this location is just what we needed! Having experienced renting at other very disappointing properties Lana's place upheld all expectations! I couldn't think of anything that needed to change. The convenience of having the pool right next to the skywalk over to the beach was awesome and so great corralling our kids and not worrying about traffic. The room is also close to the elevator so you don't have to drag all your beach stuff for very long. Tv's are all set up and easy to access, having a washer and dryer in the condo was imperative for our stay! If you have small kids and are driving maybe bring some sturdy dowels to keep the 3 sliding doors closed for peace of mind, we barricaded the doors each night just so our kids didn't get any ideas about going out on the patio if they woke before us. We will definitely look into this place again if we come back to Miramar again! The beaches were SO clean and the water crystal clear!

Great location and views!

We would definitely recommend staying here again. The views were spectacular, the beds were very comfortable and the use of the chairs and umbrella were a definite plus. The location was perfect and we even saw a large group of manatees swimming along the shoreline! Lana was excellent to communicate with and helped alleviate my fears about coming with an impending Tropical Storm. I highly recommend this property.
