Charming & Clean Beach Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this cute & clean condo. It was great to be just across the road from the beach! The place had everything we needed and communication with the host was easy. Just a note: the condo is on the 2nd level and requires climbing about 28 steps.

Perfect Cozy Retreat

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We had a 3 day stay and only needed a one bedroom, one bath. The condo was updated, very clean with comfortable furniture and was very nicely decorated. It had a small balcony with a table with chairs and 2 other chairs. Large TV in the living room. It was very quiet. A few restaurants within walking distance or a short ride. Beach access was across the road. The only negatives would be no real view of the beach from the condo, but beach only a few steps away. The unit is on the 2nd floor of the building so there are steps. Price was reasonable for off season/location.. We would definitely stay there again.

Just Perfect!

Couple with a teenager stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. This clean condo was fantastic with a great location to a private beach just across the street. Provided everything you will need to enjoy time at Miramar Beach including the following: • Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, floatie. • Washing machine which we used daily for all the wet clothes from the beach. You can really under pack with the ability to do laundry. • Dishes/glasses/silverware/kitchen items, etc. and a dishwashing machine. • Several convenient stores are nearby for purchasing of items not provided (toilet paper/ paper towels / laundry soap, etc.) • Covered car port (we had room for an SUV and a golf cart behind it). • Pull out sofa easily sleeps 2 and was comfortable. • Covered deck with plenty of seating. • Two bathroom sinks in joining rooms to the toilet and shower. • Large master bedroom with comfortable king bed. • Very communicative host who was also very accommodating to our needs and questions. We would definitely like to return to this condo someday. It was much better than staying at hotel and much easier on the wallet than some over priced resort.

Jones Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to the beach so we didnt know what to expect but the owners made our stay so easy. Everything we needed was provided. And now we know next time we dont need anything for the beach. The location was great just a short walk to the beach and several other fun things to do on that strip.. We had a great family vacation.

I always book ahead and it was my 1st trip to Miramar beach so I asked a lot of questions. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for us and the condo is exactly as pictured. I strongly recommend this place.

Great getaway spot!

The condo was perfectly located right across the street from the beach. It also has private beach access which was a huge bonus for our stay during a holiday week. We were also grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. It was perfect for our family.

Great place to stay

Location was great! Walk across a street and you’re on the white sand beach. Nice condo for 2. Clean. Top floor, up stairs, no elevator which if you can’t walk up stairs that’s important to know. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice tub and shower, great thick towels. Decorated really nice. Balcony nice to sit out. Beach chairs, toys, etc. to use. 2 large frosted beer mugs a nice touch. Matt was a very responsive host! Definitely would rent again if we are fortunate enough to return.

The beach house

Matt and Carol were so very kind. Condo is perfect for myself and 2 daughters. The washer and dryer came in handy after the beach days. It was nice to have the chairs at our disposal and unbrella for the kids. The beach was right across the street with such easy access. I look forward to bringing my husband and staying there again.

Great for what we needed

This quaint condo unit was perfect for what we as a couple needed. It is located in a prime spot, with beach access just across the street and close to stores and other amenities. The covered parking spot and use of beach chairs were nice extras. Matt was excellent to work with, and very responsive to questions and to help resolve a minor problem we had during our stay. For a couple looking for accommodations in a great location for exploring the region, this could be a great solution for you.

25th Anniversary

We had a great time for our 25th anniversary. The place was perfect across the street from the beach. Private entrance to the beach was nice. The owners were wonderful to work with, very prompt with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again !!

Cozy Vacation

My daughter and I stayed here for a music festival, and it was the perfect location-short walk to the concert and easy access to the beach! We were very comfortable in the condo, it’s spacious and warm and inviting. I will definitely look at staying here again if I go back! Matt was also very communicative and they had a binder of great info of places to visit!
