Guests will enjoy access to the Phil Hummel and Linkside pools on the north side of the resort. A construction discount is included in the online quote.

This bright and renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo will have you leaving your worries at the door when you see the stunning gulf water and white sandy beach views! The kitchen features granite countertops with a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. Whether you decide to dine in or take out, the kitchen and dining area provide all basic supplies your family should need to make a meal at home. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV, gorgeous views of the beach and access to the spacious patio. You also have an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a bidet toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo with an ultra-modern shower head system. The cozy guest room has a Queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single vanity, a bidet toilet, and a walk-in shower with TWO showerheads! All three elevators to the building were out our first night of arrival. We had to rent a hotel

We did get a credit for that one day but who will pay for the hotel rooms we had to book as we weren’t able to access the 14th floor if that condo

Spring Break 2020

Great property with a great view and had everything we needed. Gibson offers their guests more amenities through Explorie. While we didn't utilize this benefit as much as we could have... I did play 1 round if golf at a nice course "on the house". We'll be coming again in the future. The only thing inside condo I would change would be to put felt pads on the chairs. They make a lot of noise when moving.

Great vacation!!!

What a great rental...pictures didn’t do it justice. Great location-right on the beach. Gibson was wonderful-we arrived 3 hours early and it was no problem getting in. We loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks.
