Very disappointed in our stay. This place had wonderful reviews but we had nothing but problems. We started our trip off with no hot water, so called and it took them a day and a half to fix it. They said we would be provided a parking pass which we never found and got a ticket. Then of course our hot water went out again and instead of making us priority we went another 2 days without hot water. So that's a total of 4 out of 6 days with out hot water and we have a 1.5 year old and 3 month old. The lack of communication was just ridiculous. We asked for a partial refund and shocker.... no response. And we texted 2 different people. See the no response on photos below. Why should i pay hundreds on host fees when they don't communicate when there is a problem.

Wonderful Place to Stay

It was a great place to stay. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was located near the beach and places to dine and drink. This was my family's first time in the region, and I will come back again.

Great place

Great place… location, cleanliness and communication. Only thing I wished was better by minor. No access to Ariel 1 pool and my little wanted their splash with the main… nice pool at this location and was perfect for them. Couldn’t find parking pass for the stay and couldn’t find dishwasher solution. Otherwise couldn’t have asked for a better stay would highly recommend and hopefully I’ll be back.

Only thing that I didn’t like was hair in the shower and one sink in the bathroom didn’t drain that good. Other than that, I recommend this place and I would stay here again!

Fantastic Place!

The unit was fantastic. The listing couldn’t have been more accurate. The entire process was painless. Communication back and forth was on point. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location. This is definitely a place we would consider coming back to.

Best Stay from the day we walked in until we had to leave!

Great accommodations and service, from the hand delivered parking pass to the great patio space. The door on the bunk room a plus. Very clean. Definitely rent again.

Pool areas were nice but water was cold wished they could have been heated. Surrounding area was nice, some updates will be needed in the condo eventually but it was nice size plenty of room. I did not like that the balcony did not get any sunshine until late morning because of the position of building but we had a nice time here.

Wonderful Condo

Everything was wonderful! The condo was clean, close to beach (5 minute walk), nicely decorated, large master suite and bathroom, great balcony! Only issue was there were no parking passes when we got up to our room and couldn’t figure out who to reach out to for them. We finally figured out who to contact and said they would bring it out the following day as we got in late that night already. We didn’t get them until the afternoon after spending time at the beach. By then we had already received a parking citation. Then we had to inquire how to get this corrected. It was a process but thankfully the management said to take a photo of the ticket and text it to them and they would take care of it. That was a little stressful but other than that it was a great space and we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Great area

Great location. Great beach. Great check-in process. There was an interruption in water at one point also there were strands of hair and stains in the sofa since it is white. Otherwise it was a great stay and beautiful area.

Great Condo

The condo appears to have been recently updated and looks as good in person as it does in the pictures. The location is great with several restaurants within walking distance. The amenities at the resort are great as well. My only issue was that we were unable to check in until nearly 6 PM due to delayed cleaning.

Nice property that has recently been updated. Only minor things that were negative-there was no television in the bunk room where the kids slept, and there was not a broom in the unit to sweep up when needed.

Loved the Property- not fond of management company

The property was excellent. It was everything described. The management company on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. I am still waiting for a call back, day 3, regarding a repair charge for something we did not break. $545 is a lot of money to be charged on top of the rental price. Very disappointed.

Perfect beach family getaway

This place was beyond our expectations. Very clean, updated and lots of room. The balcony is more like a terrace. Very spacious and we enjoyed sitting out there to eat or enjoy a night wine. Only 5-10 walk to the beach. The beach chairs and sand toys were a nice added bonus. Would stay here again!

Nice accommodations

We had a great stay. Pool codes were a bit tricky because the app does not indicate that you need to enter # before keying in the code to come into the gate. That confused everyone at the complex. We were happy to hear there were beach chairs available but they were pretty cheap and flimsy. The condo was nice and clean. The balcony is fantastic. Awesome benefit to being on the 3rd floor that we didn’t expect! The kitchen contents were organized about like you’d expect a frat house. LOL! The dishwasher is a little wonky and takes some finagling to get the door to close. Extra blankets would have been nice. All in all, we were satisfied.

Beautiful place!!!

It was an amazing place to stay at, having a four minute walk to the beach. The area was really clean and so was the pool. it was beautiful and the whole family had fun. 10/10 would recommend!
