Just Beautiful

The Unit is exactly as described! Beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a convenient location! The view is absolutely breathtaking and the golf cart made my life so easy since I was on a business trip! I will definitely visit again!

Great time at Beachside II

Property was as advertised. Enjoyed the ease of going to the beach. The interior of the condo was nice, bed was comfortable, and the golf cart was so nice to have for quick trips to Baytowne Wharf, shopping/restaurant area, and the Aquatic center. Thank you!!

Loved the views. Loved the space. Loved the golf cart. We will absolutely be back and looking forward to it. Management was super quick to respond to questions. Only thing I would ask to change is that we got information regarding check in etc 24 hours prior to arrival. Other than that, it was perfect!

The room stayed hot. Definitely needs a new air unit. There is not a pool and the 2 pools listed that could be used were 1 mile away which was not stated in the description. This is a very expensive condo(the most expensive one we have stayed at) and it was the worse one we have stayed at for the past 10 years. The beach area is very crowded due to it being by a public beach entrance. The golf cart was nice and easy to get around to the shopping and food. We will definitely stick to PCB for now on.

Reviewer Comments: Gibson rentals were great from start to finish, I had to make a few phone calls in and they answered my questions and took care of my concerns. Very happy with our condo in the past we have had condos that were not exactly what the pictures showed we were getting, With this condo we got exactly what was shown in the advertisent. I would recomend using them for any booking needs and will be using them again next yr.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo was great. However, I can't recommend staying there due to the beach issue. We rented chairs and people from everywhere were allowed to setup in front of us up to 5 rolls in front of us. They did not have arm bands so not sure where they were staying. It was like spring break. Other beaches in the area have a designated area for people bringing their own chairs, umbrellas, tents to set up.The condo only needs to add oven mitts and kitchen towels.

Overall, we had a great stay. We've stayed at Sandestin before but this was the first time staying on the beachside.The condo unit was great. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was perfect and I loved having two separate balconies. The golf cart was great, I will never stay at Sandestin if my unit doesn't have a golfcart. If anyone is on the fence, get a unit with a golfcart. Its the only way to go. Also, i loved having the Beachouse restaurant right next door and a coffee truck located next door in the mornings. My only issues are with Sandestin itself. On the Sandestin website it is a little misleading about free amenities. Maybe i just didn't look at it closely enough but im sure its just misleading. Things are only free if you book through Sandestin, not a third party. So the bicycle rentals are not free, i think its around 60 for 2 or something. And even when booking through Sandestin "free" is 1 free rental per unit. I feel like Sandestin is intentionally being misleading but again that was just the resort itself that i have a problem with. And the other negative was that the beach was overcrowded. Again, I feel this is a problem with the resort because they put way too many chairs out and barely leave room for many people to bring their own chairs. I know this is intentional but it's still frustrating . We would go to the beach after 5 when people started to clear out which i actually started to prefer because it wasn't as hot at that either.

Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start off by saying that the Condo that we stayed in was nice and the views of the beach were awesome. This was our first time staying at this location and the instructions to get into the building were confusing and we could not figure out how to get into the building, we walked around outside and finally a nice couple helped show us how to access the building. Upon getting to our condo we found it to be nice but there was sand on the tile floors and there was sand in the bed. I expect sand on the floors at a beachside condo but not in the beds. The bunk beds in the second bedroom were noisey and uncomfortable. The ad promised beach chairs and umbrellas for our use and they were in fact there but the chairs were very cheap and uncomfortable and the umbrellas were very small and would not hold up in the ocean winds, we fought them for two days and eventually purchased beach service because we were tired of fighting them. The golf cart was very nice and it was nice not to have to rent a car, however you are very limited on where you can go on the golf cart. We were able to got to a Publix, a shopping area, a liquor store and Bayside Wharf on the cart. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I cannot give this place a 5 star rating.

Good stay, I’d stay again. Few minor personal gripes.

Not a fan of the black toilets and Tub - can’t see the water quality or if anything is in the toilet lol. Black toilet has low flow/pressure. Black tub drains slow and is difficult to get into since it’s a high step over the big jetted tub. Not my favorite thing to step into but I can make it and if it gets to be an issue or if someone is struggling they could use the other shower. At the end of a long day at the beach the last thing I want to do is have to high step into a shower. Good hot shower Not much counter space in main bathroom, would like to see more hooks or something for shower caps, towels, etc. Well equipped for a family stay Really nice touch light in the bunk room that was perfect for the kids since they normally sleep with a nightlight and I forgot to pack it. 2 TWO garbage bags were provided in the kitchen. For a family. For a 4 night visit. Awful. Pleasantly Surprised that the balcony and pool were open since we were forewarned about construction. Wish the main balcony had furniture for sitting and eating. Dryer does not dry properly. The smallest loads had to run for multiple cycles just to end up still damp The second bedroom has some awful smell in it. It’s like something in there is damp or moldy. That needs to be checked out ASAP and I’m wondering if it’s what has caused my son to get sick.
