Tops'L is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, alongside the beautiful Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, offering some of the least crowded and most pristine beach on the Emerald Coast. Grand Boulevard and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are about 4 minutes away, and Downtown Destin is roughly 10 miles west.
Please note the parking garage has a 6'5" height restriction and there is no overflow parking available at the resort.
A minimum ratio of one guest age 25 or older per four guests under 25 is required. During Spring Break the ratio is one adult per two guests under 25.

Condo was a spectacular oceanfront home with exceptional views all day long. Property Manager was highly responsive to numerous maintenance requests including replacing the entire oven/range unit, fixing the shower glass doors, and other maintenance work. This location is unmatched due to its beauty and proximity to the topsail preserve which means limited amounts of other visitors to the south. Separate pool for Beach Manor guests was also a great place to relax

Our Kids first trip to the beach was exceptional. The Condo is clean and has great views of the Ocean and pools. Quick elevator ride and you are at the beach. We found out space each day on the beach and enjoyed the sun and sand.
