The breakfast is very good and the staff is excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially, the reception desk and the valets.
The first 2 nights of our stay we got little sleep as the radiator would bang away every hour when it restarted. We tried several things to quiet it ourselves and finally talked to the front desk. The front desk staff was excellent in getting maintenance to come up and fix it, which he did. But, not being able to sleep in your paid room is maddening.
The room and bed were very good and room was quiet from outside noise.
We’ve stayed here before and knew to request a room not on 7th, as those are very noisy on nights the Wild has games, along with 7th Street traffic.
Our biggest complaint, along with losing 2 night’s good sleep, is the cost of valet parking, which is not optional. There is no self-park option, unless you find parking in one of the neighborhoods which is difficult as hotel is in downtown.
