The property and location of property deserve a 5* ratings. But the service is 3.5*. We were asked to pay Euro50 for early check in while the apartment is already ready for us. They should improve on this, service is about going extra miles to serve the customer. If you have to pay for that service then it’s not called a good service. Thanks

Stayed at this property for 7 nights while we took day trips to Verona, Venice, Lake Como & St. Moritz. The property is safe and very modern. We stayed on the 16th floor. It offers a gorgeous view of Milan. Easy access to Milano Central so we could easily walk to train station to travel. Our stay was excellent. Room was very spacious and modern with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Great stay, will highly recommend. Good response from management which made our arrival past midnight a smooth transition. I give our stay a 10 out of 10.

We stayed at Torre Galfa Milano in Milan for four nights in May 2025 and it was an overall fantastic experience! The Torre Galfa Milano is an apartment building a few blocks away from the Milan train station (which is why we picked it). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us an amazing full apartment on the 25th floor with great views of Milan! The apartment had fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room, bedroom and bathroom. I think there are only four apartments on each floor, so it was a wonderful large space. The only drawback was that this is an apartment, so there is no cleaning staff available and you have to keep the place clean yourself. However, it was such a nice apartment, we didn't mind keeping it clean, stocking our own supplies and taking the trash out. We did a fair amount of walking around the city and did not find it hard to get to main sights on foot and there were restaurants and shopping nearby. I think the only thing we didn't like about this hotel was finding it in the first place. The main lobby is one floor down from street level (floor -1) and if it weren't for some friendly residents near the hotel who told us how to get in, we wouldn't have figured out the door code to get down the stairs to the lobby to check in. Overall, this was a fantastic apartment, and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was ideally located for the station and was a great space which was incredibly clean. The service wasn’t great - our TV was broken and despite being told it would be fixed wasn’t. Our cases weren’t stored on the last day and we had a battle getting the broken kettle replaced.

Not luxury. Mid level for sure. Furniture was mid. Jetted tub was dirty. Cleaners left the dirt soap ring from the last person that used the tub. Water from tub had been stagnant for some time there was a foul odor when turned on. The water actually came out of tub faucet orange. When you think luxury you think - motorized drawn curtains, soft close doors and drawers, upgraded sheets pillows, desirable nice furniture, plush towels, enough towels… toiletries for more than a day… like I said it was kinda dirty, we didn’t get to use the jetted tub because it wasn’t cleaned etc.

Having the whole apartment on the 13th floor of a modern apartment was a great change from hotels. Kitchen and laundry facilities were a bonus. The unit was clean and the building had 24hr security, although the neighborhood felt safe anyway. Rey well situated to Milano Centrale and quick transport links to the sights. Would stay again any time.

This is our third stay at Torre Galfa and it always pleases. Beautiful spacious rooms with spectacular views greet us every time. And a courteous and helpful staff made our stay so easy. We return to Milan often and will stay nowhere else.
