The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautifully renovated building, easily accessible thanks to the convenient elevator. Designed with great attention to detail, it offers a refined and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small groups of up to four guests.

The bright living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish dining space with seating for four, and a comfortable sofa bed ideal for relaxing or enjoying a movie on the Smart TV.

The bedroom is warm and inviting, featuring a spacious wardrobe to store your belongings neatly throughout your stay.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a bidet, ensuring both practicality and comfort.

A private balcony completes the space, offering a pleasant corner to unwind outdoors with a coffee, a book, or a moment of quiet after exploring the city.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Via Enrico Petrella, in one of Milan’s most convenient and well-connected residential areas. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and filled with local character, offering a perfect balance between comfort and urban energy. Within a short walk, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and family-run restaurants, as well as several trendy spots popular with locals. The area is extremely well served by public transport: the Lima and Loreto metro stations are just a few minutes away, giving direct access to the city center, the Duomo, the Central Station, and the main shopping districts. Corso Buenos Aires, one of Europe’s longest shopping streets, is right around the corner and offers endless boutiques, services, and dining options. Despite being close to major attractions, the street itself remains peaceful, making it ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Milan.



Getting Around:

Getting around the area is easy and convenient thanks to excellent public transport connections. From the apartment, you can reach both Lima and Loreto metro stations within a few minutes on foot, giving you direct access to the M1 and M2 lines. These lines connect quickly to the Duomo, Brera, Porta Venezia, Central Station, and the city’s main business districts. Several tram and bus lines also run nearby, making it simple to reach any part of Milan without a car. If you prefer walking, Corso Buenos Aires—one of Europe’s largest shopping streets—is just around the corner and leads straight toward the historic center. The neighborhood is well served by bike-sharing and e-scooter services, ideal for exploring the city in a flexible way. Early or late check-in, late check-out, and extra sets of linen or towels may incur a small additional fee payable upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.
