Every aspect of our stay at Petit Palais was charming! Prior communication was excellent and we were warmly welcomed on arrival. The interiors were very well considered and our 3 nights were very comfortable, a luxurious escape within walking distance to all the destinations and restaurants we wanted to visit. Excellent staff and lovely room. Lots of thoughtful amenities in the room. Sadly the boiler wasn’t working when we stayed and therefore we had to leave early due to no hot water for showering, hence rating for comfort. Hotel staff refunded the stay and were apologetic. I’d stay again when all working.

Beautiful hotel. Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. The only minus is the noise from the street. We got used to it after a while and it also helped that we were really tired at the end of the day. But a little soundproofing on the windows would help a lot.
