The staff is very kind an helpful. The food at the restaurant was great, the service fantastic. The hotel is modern and conveniently located close to the tram that took me directly to the historic side of town. The area is green and nice to walk.

The hotel was fantastic!! Great location only 20 minute tram to the centre which stop right outside the hotel. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Loads of restaurants and shops close by aswell. The room was clean and in really good condition!! Couldn’t fault the place :)

Due to flight delay, I check-into the hotel around midnight. 24hrs reception looked very secure and safe. The only personal problem was buying some snack and water after 20 hours spending at the airport & flight but they had bar opened until 1 or 2am and some complimentary snacks and water, coffee was offered in the reception all the time which was perfect for me. The inside gym was fully equipped with Technogym and operates 24/7 - it was bonus too. Overall, the stay was excellent for me, even though the location is a bit far from the city centre, you can easily catch tram and bus right in front of the hotel.

Overall, nice place. Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife for a business conference. Hotel is in a nice part of town, nice restaurants nearby. Overall, Milan isn't exactly a tourist city like Rome, but the hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There's free coffee and treats, which was nice when I had to head out to my work. Overall, great experience. One downside is maybe 3/5 of the electric outlets worked. And the ones that did work kinda sucked in that they charged my electronic devices very slowly. Other than that, everything was great.
