Walter greeted us and made us feel welcome the second we walked in. The Hotel is gorgeous and our room was comfortable and a lovely size. We took advantage of the spa which was a perfect way to end our Italian vacation before a long day of travel. We also had room service and the service and food were on point. This property is part of the Relais & Chateaux group of hotels so expect high quality. Our rooms were small but well-designed. Bathrooms are wonderful with great bathtubs. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants so cannot comment on food. The staff were very responsive and recommended restaurants and shopping options. Hotel location was perfect in a semi-residential area but within walking distance to Duomo and shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Chateau Monfort Hotel is a beautiful hotel! It is so beautifully decorated and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The staff could not have been more professional, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the bar was a daily evening stop for a Hugo spritz! The hotel is in a great location making it easy to get around. It's an easy walk to the Duomo, the Galleria and some of the high end shopping streets.

Our overall impression of our stay was "excellent." The hotel staff, amenities, and appearance were all remarkable. I would not hesitate to stay again and will highly recommend it to our friends. Whoever trained the staff has done a great job. Our stay was better at Chateau Montfort than it was at other hotels of the same category. The decor at Chateau Montfort is very fresh and appealing. We also appreciated the complimentary food items like strawberries and Prosecco that greeted us upon our arrival. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel with so many charming touches. The staff were lovely so friendly and welcoming. Our room had a lovely welcoming package with an adorable bunny stuffy for our daughter and sweet treats. The front desk gave us excellent direction and advice on local attractions. The spa is a very nice perk, the cool salt water relaxing pool was so refreshing on the hot summer day lovely snacks and tea. We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant but did enjoy the cocktails and ambiance bar with a lovely piano player. If I were to stay again I would ask for a room with a window are room was lovely, but on the top floor with only sky lights, I really would have loved one of the rooms with the large beautiful windows and a view. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Excellent!
