Nicola is a fantastic host. This property seems perfect for Milan. The location is nicely situated to move around Milan and close enough to many nice cafe/restaurants.

I would like to recommend this hotel because I have found that Giovanni the person that took care of us was very honest and helpful. The area is very noisy. It’s in the middle of the big crossroads and the trams work almost all night. The room is small and has very limited supplies. They have many hidden fees for cleaning, changing towels and bedding. Be aware that you have to pay for late check in. The host is very nice and informative but it would be great to include some supplies and amenities. I would not stay there again.

This place was spotless; it is the cleanest place I ever stayed. Nicola was always super reachable and helped with my check in and check out. The room is great for one person and had all the things you need. The view is gorgeous and there are several restaurants nearby, plus gelatto! The only downsize for me is that the shower is very small, but Im very tall (6’1”). Other than that, fantastic place and 10 stars!!!

This is a very convenient and economical place to stay, good location. The checkin process is easy. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. We stayed when there was low occupancy, otherwise it could get a bit tight in small spaces, but good value if you want to economize in Milan.
