So bad communication and slow respond, the place is too small for tall people, only small towels were provided (face towels), no microwave, no heating, I have concerns about safety since I found something in the bathroom could be a camera!!!!! Not recommended at any price and for any reason

Evier bouché, panne electrique generale, un lit cassé dans la grande pièce, climatisation tres bruyante, nombreuses ampoules de lampe qui ne fonctionnent pas, pas assez de fourchettes verres couverts etc au regard du nombre de locataires, grande difficulté à les joindre. Ne repondent pas au message . Avec réclamation d'une.surtaxe de 75.60 euros...au bout du sejour... Comment se fait il qu'expedia mette encore cette annonce sur leur site?

Una experiencia muy mala. Para no repetir en este alojamiento. Llegamos el primer día y teníamos calefacción y agua caliente. Al llegar por la noche, nos dimos cuenta de que la calefacción ya no funcionaba. Fuera hacia 0°, y no había ni una manta en la casa, solo sábanas y dos edredones para 3 personas. Pasamos mucho frío estos días. Por la mañana, cuando fuimos a ducharnos, el agua caliente ya no funcionaba. Escribí al alojamiento dos veces y no contestaron. Tuve que hablar con hotels.com para que intentaran hablar con ellos. Que casualidad, que a los 5 minutos me contestaron con la excusa de que no tenían mi número de teléfono (cuando les escribí por el chat de la app). Querían entrar al piso a arreglar el agua sin estar nosotros ahí, con todas nuestras cosas de valor dentro, incluso sin dar nuestro consentimiento. Nos chantajearon diciendo que, o lo arreglaban así, o no lo arreglaban. Al final, con la presión de hotels.com lo subsanaron segundo día a las 18:00 de la tarde. No pudimos comprobar que si funcionaba hasta que llegamos al piso a las 21:00. La calefacción también funcionaba de nuevo, cosa que dejó de ser así por la noche. Otra noche más pasando mucho frío. Además de todo esto, nos intentaron timar con las tasas locales. Querían cobraros más de 15€ de diferencia con respecto a lo que decía la factura, con la excusa de que los precios han cambiado. Me negué rotundamente y, cuando vieron que no colaba, lo dejaron pasar. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Siamo stati ospiti per una sola notte a Milano, l avventura è partita col piede sbagliato... La reception assente, ti sballottano da una persona all altra. Arriviamo all appartamento e subito ci rendiamo conto che l arredo è vecchio e mal curato... Divani sporchi da cosa non posso dirlo ma potete capire... Il letto che dovrebbe essere almeno comodo non lo è stato!!! La mia compagna di è alzata con il mal di schiena che gli ha reso la giornata seguente un incubo per proseguire la gita!!! Voto 3/10 accettabile solo il prezzo e la posizione!!!
