Positives: Nice room design and very good WiFi connection, will clean your room everyday to a very good standard. Cons: No guarantee that you’ll be able to check in by 15:00 (had to wait almost an extra hour), can’t change the temperature in the room and on many occasions it was too hot for us, some staff came across as quite rude. And collectively we didn’t go much on their breakfast in the morning so we only had it once. It wouldn’t be our first choice to stay again should we return to Milan but there were positives to this place and I’m very confident there’s much worse hospitality.

The property was new and very clean, they even have water machine at every corner of the floor to fill up your bottle. Polite staff and everyone is very nice. The only downside is its location cause we had to walk 1 km on foot to get to the metro station but besides that it was a lovely stay

Arrived and was told we didn’t book a twin room (we did and was charged an additional fee at the hotel for a second person). This could have been avoided if they replied to the messages I sent 2 months prior asking for 2 single beds in the room. Then the WiFi went down for the rest of my stay meaning all keycards in the hotel stopped working. This meant every time I needed to access my room I had to be escorted upstairs by a staff member to open it for me. The water fountain was in the hallway of the room meaning if I left to get water in the night, the door would close and I had to go down to reception to get let back into my room. The staff really tried but the overall experience was poor. Definitely not returning!

hotel was nice, bar staff was very friendly, wifi went down on the second day which affected all of the room keys which was a bit inconvenient for all which is the main reason i scored the hotel as okay,. pretty easy links to central milan which took around 20mins, local supermarket literally next door which is useful

Very pleasant lady at check in desk (Francesca??). Very helpful and willing to offer suggestions. Pleasant lady in kitchen (during the weekdays not the one during Saturday 29 March, 2025). She was not very pleasant and was dismissive). Clean rooms, spacious, good breakfast variety as well.
