Fantastic location - 10 mins walk from the Central Station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok - need to be refreshed more often as lots of empty serving bowls but good coffee. Room we stayed in was disappointing - bathroom was in great need of an update; bottom of bathroom door was rotting, shower cubicle door was just about hanging off. Upside was that the bed was large and very comfy so had good nights sleep.
Stayed one night here recently. Location is convenient , about 5 minutes walk to the central station. Rooms are small but they are clean. Good breakfast served. Front desk staff were very friendly and were happy to answer all my questions
Well located in the business district. Friendly welcome from the staff, nice lobby and breakfast areas. Breakfast was a good selection. Bed comfortable with selection of pillows. However, the room and bathroom was very dated and in need of an upgrade.
This hotel is not far from the central station in a business area of Milan. Like most most of the hotels around here the rooms are a bit small but they are decorated and equipped to a high modern standard. No gym but reasonable bar and nice restaurant.
Very convenient to centre and a short walk from main rail station . Close to various tram routes, too. Small but well-equipped rooms.... modern and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast overseen by a great host. Great choice for a Milan stay.
First of all I love to stay at Milan, as my favorite Hotel Gallia was full I found nearest Starwood hotel to the center available, I found reception team very helpful specially Ambra. However hotel management must know that quality of cleaning is really not up to the brand standard, beside hotel requires a refurbishment, lifts very small and always busy, first time to see queue for the elevator..... positive side how Ambra assisted me to recommend good restaurant after long shopping day and checked my room cleaning concern after I raised it due the bad quality. Anyway I might stay there again next year but quality of cleaning must be considered!!!!
It is only 5 minutes walk from trams, buses and metro. The personal is very frienly, the breakfast is good and enough. The beds are excellent so you can have a real good sleep quality. The elevators are a little slow.
The hotel is absolutely fine. The rooms are 4 stars, but breakfast is just 3. In fact, I took a richer breakfast at some 3-star hotels. Very friendly staff even though it seemed too personal at breakfast, for example, though it is a buffet. Because we left the hotel at 6 in the morning, we asked for a packed breakfast, thinking that we would receive, like everywhere else, a sandwich, something like that. We were amazed to find some jam jars and some fried bread or biscuits in the pack. It's hard to get on the go, or by the airport to stretch your bread and eat, do not you think? How many people there is not exactly 1-2 sandwiches and packs. I'm just saying...
Really dated...like I stepped into a time machine and dialled back to 1999! Then, I asked for an iron and got told to go to the press room...a press room, Really, in the 21st century, in Milan!! Not my best business stay to be honest. Breakfast the next morning was so average, actually below average! To start with, you needed a map to navigate the maze to get to breakfast. Then the actual breakfast was so disappointing. I would like to say that the staff made a difference, but really they didn't as they did nothing special to stand out!
Dear fellow travelers, please DO NOT STAY at the Sheraton four Points Milan, my mother's hand bag was stolen from the breakfast place while we were at the table eating. There are NO CAMERAS in the restaurant and that makes it more suspicious the hotel staff could be involved. This has taken us by complete shock since this took place the first day of our arrival with our money, gold, sentimental items were all gone in a matter of 5mins. The person who stole the hand bag passed on the purse to another person in the corridor so we don't recognize him in the cameras placed in the entrance of the hotel. It's a network or professionals who runs this strategy. Please beware and DO NOT TRUST THIS STARWOOD HOTEL PROPERTY. They have bugs in their beds and dusty rooms. The managers are in empathetic and unhelpful towards the situation. They threw us out of the hotel and didn't offer any food. They said they didn't care where we slept at night. Absolutely ruthless behaviors. It's been 10days and they haven't called or msged once to convey their apologies or update me with the progress of the investigation. They threatened to throw our bags out if we didn't leave the hotel.
