Travelled into Milan formthe football derby with my 2 grown sons. We booked a suite with breakfast. Topm was really good. Decent size and nocely laid out. Breakfast was very welcoming with something for everyone. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Milano Centrale a 10 minite walk so great location. Would definitely recommend.

This is a higher end Marriott property. It is 700 meters from central station. Service was exceptional. There was no request that was not met. Rooms are average size for Milan but a good use of space. The hotel is close to the M2 line which we used to tour the city. There are several excellent restaurants nearby include one in front of the courtyard (Mangeia) and one 100 meters down the street (Fara). Overall a good choice, good location and a nice hotel.

Some of the finishing construction was poor, but overall a good place. Our room 425 had a constant vibration/noise from equipment within the hotel. Not terrible but had we stayed for more than 1 night, I would have moved rooms.

The hotel is really well maintained. The decorations are really good, the staff is nice, friendly and accommodating. It's a 20 mins walk to Porta Venezia and the shopping area. Rooms are comfortable and a decent size.

Don’t stay here!

The customer service at the front desk is so atrocious that I actually refuse to sleep at this hotel and checked into a different hotel about 1 mile away. I travel nonstop for work and I have never dealt with a Front Desk person so rude in my entire life. Aside from the terrible customer service of the female Front Desk Associate at check in, the lobby reeks of cigarettes. The room was very dark kind of small. I don’t know if the bed was comfortable because I didn’t sleep there.

Nice hotel, unfriendly staff

I hosted an event there and whilst the hotel itself was great, the service was below average and unfriendly. Arrived late on a Sunday and the room service food was dreadful. When I asked for changes to the meeting room the staff member was very angry (despite the fact it was all agreed in the contract). Overall a nice hotel but the staff need a fair bit of customer service training.

It does state in the description of the hotel that the rooms are sound proof. This is definitely false. You could hear the neighboring rooms, people in the hallway, and lots of street noise. This is literally the only complaint I have of the hotel. I wouldn’t have any complaints if this wasn’t in the description. There shouldn’t be false advertisement in the description of the hotel.

Perfect hotel just a short walk from the main train station in Milan from the airport. Metro close by and easy to reach central Milan. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was perfect for our needs.

Nice place. King bed took up entire room but we didn’t stay in it much. Lots of good restaurants near by with good food. Staff at hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good, ate out most of the time. I would stay there again. Close to subway and it was clean for most part.

Nice hotel close to train station. Modern and well appointed. bathroom clean and spacious. My only complaints: tv had a clock at the base and the wall unit near bath were quiet bright and so negated any benefit of the the awesome blackout curtains they had for the windows. Breakfast also fairly expensive (25 euro; 18 if Marriot Bonvoy member) for what you received.
