Lady Lara, the owner of this small guest house, was kind and helpful. 2- This place was very clean. 2- It was only a 3-minutes walk to the Monza train station. 3- including safety box. 4- Very light breakfast, which deserves to be complete. 4- Espresso was free during the day. Thanks, Salimi.

Amazing place in Monza

Amazing place, much better than any hotel in Milan. They keep details in every little thing, from breakfast to towels, everything is set properly. The manager was very helpful over the phone to help in any requirement and the location is perfect for visiting Milano, Monza or business

The property is newly renovated and immaculately kept. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the train station and, therefore, comes with good (e.g. convenience) as well as bad (not the prettiest area). The breakfast is minimal and pre-packaged. So, big breakfast eaters should be prepared to head out for breakfast. Overall, I do not think it could be much better for the price and I would stay here again.

Affittacamerearosia is a superb guest house, and I enjoyed a comfortable three nights stay. I organised to meet with Lara (owner/manager) for an early check in, and I was given warm welcome and tour. There is no reception desk, but guests can message Lara with any questions or problems - she is very helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, with stylish decor. The en-suite shower room was excellent, with fresh towels each day. There’s also a contemporary shared kitchen, where you can help yourself to extra tea/coffee, or sit down to chat with friends or other guests. Tip: be aware the guest house is part of a residential building with can only be accessed via two flights of stairs. The guest house is 3 minutes walk from Monza train station, and the same from the Orioshuttle pickup/drop off point. It’s €10 and 45 minute coach ride from Bergamo Airport. Tip: Far fewer coaches run on weekends and bank holidays, so check the times in advance. That’s about it. I would be delighted to stay again at Affittacamerearosia. It made for a great base for exploring Monza, Milan and beyond, and a superb first trip to Italy.

Extremely clean and comfortable, very close to train station and easy 10-min walk to city center. Lara is wonderful, friendly and available. Easy check in. Only thing is the breakfast eas really juat a prepackaged croissant, coffee, milk and juice, but if you’re not a big breakfast person this is no problem :)

When I booked for a Tuesday night put in wrong date mistake an hour later email hotel explained asked if they could change to Wenesday instead made mistake. Next day they emailed me back no and to get a room Wenesday it would be 95 euros! Therefore I lost the money I paid for room and stayed at a different hotel for the Wenesday night! Very disappointed

The hotel is very close to the railway station, it is convenient when you have luggage. It is not very close to the centre, but the town is not big so it is not a problem. Lara was very friendly and helpful, gave me clear instructions how to reach her place, first by sms then by phone when she understand that I did not receive her message. Breakfast is rather basic and includes only packed meals, including juice and milk. You can use a common kitchen and fridge that are available for all guests. Lightning in my room was good that was important for me. My room looks in the yard so it was quiet.

Posizione ottima a pochi metri dalla stazione e dal centro. La stanza pulita ed essenziale, comodo il “kit colazione”. Il check-in è gestito a distanza dall’host che fornisce i codici di accesso alla struttura. Sono spesso a Monza, quindi sicuramente ci tornerò.
