The staff at this property is beyond what anyone could ever wish for. Every single person from the manager, Massimo, Veronica and the two incredible young men who worked at reception in the evening went over and above to assist regarding dining, transport, finding information etc. I arrived slightly disappointed in the location and left knowing that when I returned to that area, i would only stay at the Regency hotel in Lissone. This is a very nice hotel, nothing fancy but very good for the prices. The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also good. Only downside is the air conditioning temperature can’t be controlled from each room. Luckily we were there during winter and just opened the window, I don’t know how this would work during summer.

Good hotel in a residential area

The only issue I might have is it's location, it's inside a residential area and its challenging finding nearby restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is extra which I did not choose due to the price but I probably should have picked it since I could not find a breakfast place in the morning.

Its grand. No Gym, no restaurant. The Bar man is also the receptionist. But its very clean, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Wifi and shower pressure is also good and I was on the 5th floor.

The hotel was ideally situated to the train station which allowed access to other areas to visit. The breakfast had a good selection however the quality of the cooked selection could improve and the hot drinks station only had tepid water which doesn't suit my taste as i like boiling water for my tea. There was one member of staff who stood head and shoulders above the rest...Veronica...she is The Regency's main asset. Nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay pleasurable and our planned journey's go wuthout a hitch and stress free. She's brilliant. I would stay at The Regency again....if she's there!

For the rating on Expedia, this property did not meet our expectations. We were booked for 2 nights, ended up leaving after touring Milan because we couldn’t deal will sleeping here a second night. We are on a driving tour or Europe. I wouldn’t recommend.
