I told the owner I was going to review this property because I thought it was really good for the price and most people would not stay because it looks really rough. It had all the stuff I wanted, close to the train a grocery store and a great price. When I arrived I had a hard time meeting up with the owner because they had gone to the train station t meet me and I walked past. At the apartment building it was hard to tell where I was supposed to be but a friendly barber who works out front helped me figure out where to go. The building looks pretty rough but you can see there are improvements being made, yes there are broken windows and the hallways need painted and it looks a little slummy but the people are working class, and it is quiet and the room is clean. The beds in the picture can be pushed together to form a single larger bed on request. My only warning would be to make sure you can fit through a 12” door because that is all the wider the shower door opens. If you walk a block in any direction you will find much nicer neighborhoods so please don’t let this rough looking place discourage you from staying there
