La struttura è ubicata all'interno di un vecchio condominio, raggiungibile a piedi, in fondo al cortile. Si trova nella periferia sud di Monza. La struttura è molto semplice, è un appartamento con tre stanze, di cui una con quattro letti. La pulizia è buona. Cucina a disposizione. Due bagni in comune comodi e spaziosi. Personale gentile e disponile. L'ostello è nei pressi delle fermate degli autobus per Sesto San Giovanni, Milano, Monza e Brianza. Struttura in complesso essenziale ma pulita e comoda. Adatta a chi si sposta per studio o lavoro, per sistemazione temporanea senza molte pretese. Non adatta o meno adatta a chi vuole soggiornare per turismo o per periodi lunghi. Giudizio personale in base al tipo , ubicazione e dimensione di struttura ricettiva: buono.
