Our room didn't feel clean. The interior lock was barely attached, pieces of trim were missing and there were spots of mold/mildew on the bathroom walls.

The stay was fine. We went thru 2 rooms before getting the room we stayed in due to there being hair all over the beds. But the front desk girl was super helpful and had no issue with switching our rooms.

Absolutely outstanding!

We were traveling on vacation in New Mexico and decided to stop by at this hotel on the way. Our stay on Christmas Day was simply amazing! In particular the person at the reception went beyond in hospitality and friendliness. I forgot her name but she should be personally acknowledged. The breakfast was also nice. Overall, our expectations were greatly exceeded and we want to thank again the amazing staff this hotel is lucky to have. We will stay again
