"The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. When we were about to check in a front desk staff by Anil helped us get a free upgrade. I had originally booked a Jr Suite in Sorrento tower partial view of ocean and Anil upgraded us to full ocean view suite. Overall staff is great, property is extremely clean My only issue was with the wristbands system during weekends. Instead of keeping these wristbands handy by the pool entrances to make it convenient for hotel guests they make you go all the way to front desk to get these wristbands which is so inconvenient. Secondly you have to preserve these wristbands (which no one told us) and if you lose it and want to access the pool is 50$ per person but the front desk staff was very accommodating and waived us the fee but I would appreciate if this information is told beforehand to guests that they need to preserve their wristbands Overall we had an excellent stay here and they private beach access is so convenient and the beach staff is great too. We will come back here next time we’re in Miami"

"Diana at the front desk is the only bright spot who can be mentioned from this terrible facility. Hotels.com had a room listed as one king bed plus 2 double beds. The hotel does not have a room with 3 beds. So we were given a room with 2 double beds only. Diana was wonderful in helping us out. But I can’t say anything else good about this bad hotel. The only coffee in the hotel is at a very, very bad (and excruciatingly slow and expensive) “Starbucks” that is only opened at breakfast. After that you can’t get coffee until the next day. Our hotel room was not cleaned and, evidently, the person who was supposed to clean our room had no idea how to make up the bed. Make sure you have plenty of small bills in your wallet because there is no way to get change for even a 20 dollar bill in the entire hotel because the front desk doesn’t have any cash and the valet stand is the only cash option. But they didn’t have any cash either. So you’re out of luck. If dinner is what you want then there is only One kitchen at the hotel. So you can watch your food being carted across the hotel lobby. However, the food isn’t covered. I guess Covid information hasn’t yet reached this “establishment”. Please don’t waste your money staying at this hotel. This is the worst hotel (?) we’ve stayed at in many, many years. There are other hotels in the area that are cleaner, nicer and worth your money."
