Stayed here for one night before our cruise from Fort Lauderdale. Clean, all of the staff were really welcoming and friendly, and even offered advice for getting to Port Everglades. Weve stayed in a couple of hotels in Miami before getting on ships and this was easily the least chaotic! We'll definitely stay again!

Very good, the AC should be able to be controlled by the guest cause not everyone does Ac’s and especially seeing the weather was already more on the chilly side but apart from that it was a great pre cruise stay. And their shuttle drivers are among the nicest I’ve met…

Don’t use the sofa bed. My daughter’s back hurt badly after 2 nights using it. They brought the rollaway bed. The mattress was even worse. Sagging and coils sticking out. Thermostat on the wall is not working. You can’t control heating. Room gets too cold or too hot. Front desk never picks up and I had to go there to ask for cutlery when I couldn’t find it in the drawers. They said they will send it to our room from the kitchen. It didn’t ever arrived!! We had to use the plastic spoons I found in my bag. There’s no room service for the 4 nights duration our stay. Had to request for towels and toilet paper. Trash bins were filled out. Toilet flash wasn’t working and had to ask the guy to come and fix it. This was one of the worst places we have ever stayed.
