We checked in with the daytime staff and everything went well. Everyone was polite and happy to show us what we needed to know. When the night shift lady came on, she didn’t know we were checked in because nothing was marked, and came into our room thinking it was empty. She apologized profusely, and I can’t fault her for it. Everyone has been very polite, but that’s a major miscommunication and not really acceptable. This is also more of a motel than hotel, and very noisy. It is old, but for the price tag, it’s acceptable. I do feel a bit unsafe in the area, but we’re only here for a night so it’ll do. I personally wouldn’t stay here for longer than a night, and I definitely wouldn’t if I was traveling alone.
