Great location, apartment is ancient, but clean, kitchen is well equipped for cooking, literally 5 min walk to the beach, the playground is right outside or the place. Doable for a short stay.

If you like to indulge in a never ending flow of artificial air freshener coming from who knows where, and revel in sleeping on synthetic bedding materials, all the while hearing every ounce of noise from the outside, this is your spot.

The accommodations provided by MiaRentals were very uncomfortable. The bed is rock hard and unable to be slept on. The additional fold out mattress in the closet for a 3rd person is ok. The property itself is not nice, walls are unpainted and the building looks in disrepair. During my stay there were violent screaming at the neighbors which required me to be moved to another unit which was also uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch in order to be able to sleep through the night. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and yes you can walk to the beach and Starbucks and shops, it doesn’t make up for the state of the building and comfort. Would not recommend booking.

It ws a business trip. Location is very convenient: Starbucks, Enterprise rent-a-car in walking proximity. Staff is courteous and helpful, apartment very clean. No noise at night. Stable internet connection. Thank you guys.

The room was clean, spotless. Instead of 2 beds, it was 1 bed and a cot. The mattress was not very comfortable. In the bathroom they had shampoo and conditioner. They gave us beach towels and bath towels. We had to pay additional money for parking.
