I can see why they only get 3 stars. The check in staff is excellent. Linen was dirty on both beds so we had it changed, for the money we pay for the rooms I feel like there should be a continental breakfast there were no microwave in the room only on the 1st floor, how inconvenient is that at 11pm. I prefer a firm bed and the bed was to plush. This hotel just wasn't for me

Quiet location, hotel needs a renovation soon, starting to show rust, smells in carpet and paint chipping. Check in staff not friendly. Literally have to wait till 4 PM to check in even though I arrived back at 3:45. The check-in guy is not connected and does not represent hospitality. One staff told me something earlier versus when I actually checked in. Everyone needs to be on the same page. If the room is ready, I don’t see why you have to wait till 4 PM even though it was 15 minutes till 4.
