Staff was ok but room smells and was really dirty and run down nothing like the lobby area. It’s like you are staying at a different hotel in the rooms.

We stayed at Miami Lakes Hotel for one night while in town for a Miami Dolphins game, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle to Hard Rock Stadium — pick-up and drop-off were smooth, easy, and stress-free. This made getting to the game so much more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick, and free parking was a bonus. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’d highly recommend Miami Lakes Hotel if you’re heading to a Dolphins game or looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Miami Lakes. The shuttle service really made the experience outstanding.

The staff was not very friendly nor welcoming. We went for the MNF game with the Jets and they had no idea about the shuttle or any information. When we told them what the shuttle people told us, they insisted we were wrong. We weren't. It would help if they had an English speaking person at the front desk along with the others.
