A nostalgic visit as I was around for the Miami Dolphins perfect season. Hotel and facilities were fine. I might Try Hotel Indigo next time but if I have Any doubts, we will be right back to Shula's.
Very nice hotel the facility is very good . . The room very comfortable and clean, the restaurant and the bar amazing , great environmental, I fully recommend good area and friendly staff.....
Easy check in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy location for the Hard Rock Stadium. I'd stay here again.
Easy access to the highway , safe location, good place to stay for business, friendly staff
Warm staff very friendly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get you settled in properly
Stay was okay. Unfortunately one night there was a wedding reception and more than usual noise took place in the hallways during the late night hours. Otherwise, in general everything was okay.
For a quite out of the way stay that is not in the heart of Miami this would be a nice place to stay. The staff are nice. Granted we only stayed for a quick over night trip so there was not much time to explore the resort. But I can say this at the time of the stay the hotel lobby was going under some referbs to the dinning room so they had a temp set up in the lobby. Breakfast was a bit pricy for what was offered.
It was a very nice hotel there are very polite they are very open to help I would recommend this to anyone I will go back because I really enjoyed myself and you know even while we were there we even got to catch your wedding it was very beautiful very nice.
Staff were at check-in were great. On the last of my four (4) nights I asked a Sever in the Dinning Room / Bar area to warm something in the Micro wave and he was the most disrespectful individual I had ever encountered in ALL of the times I have Stayed at the Hotel.
While lounging around the pool area, a bunch of youngsters were playing gangster rap music with curse words as loud as the boom box could play. No sign around the pool area states that music or loud music can't be played. But one would think that management would think if this ahead of time. Long story short, I left disgusted with the lack of respect these youngsters had for anyone else. I was told by another couple that much later on in the day, someone called the front desk and they sent someone out to inform them they could not play any music around the pool area. Too little to late the beautiful day was ruined.
Unprofessional. Don't give receipts or the deposit due to you. Very unorganized
Everything was great. Except when I was told by the staff that the pool was closed and not allowed to go for a swing. And there was people there all weekend swimming after Sunset.
We spent a week here and everything worked fine. The hotel, the room , the service, everything very pleasant.
Nice, peaceful suburban setting. The staff is friendly and professional and there are many amenities to enjoy.
Excellent hotel and staff. I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful neighborhood will definitely stay here again
Shula's Hotel was ok. Nothing to write home about but was comfortable enough for our stay. Lovely and helpful people at the front desk. Housekeeping staff forgot to replace the towels but it's easy enough to ask for new ones... Whatever you do - don't drink the coffee at the hotel restaurant!! It's like colored water. No taste whatsoever. Overall rating a 2.5...
Got in early was worried room wasn't ready plus no guarantee was given to get double beds and I was traveling with my daughter but staff hit us checked in early upgraded room to accommodate at no charge, bottom line whole experience was a plus Great Job.
The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The toiletries were top notch. Breakfast was superior to anywhere I've ever been (gratis!) I'll be back!
Nice room very clean the hotel staff was courteous. Would recommend the area and the hotel.
only problem we had was the restaurant. Service was slow for breakfast and the staff acted like they didn't want to be there. This was at 9AM and we had to wait a while just to order and there was only a few other customers. I was very happy with the hotel before this. And my food was cold. I would definitely stay there again just would eat somewhere else.
