I happened to be PD and use my devices to communicate and with increased anxiety my movements become very difficult. The room AC/Heat did not work. During our stay it was cold and the heat would not come on or warm the room so we were cold during our stay. Also, 2/6 elevators were operable which was the most horrible of the trip. Waiting for 45 mins for an elevator up to the room or down to the lobby was the absolute worst experience ever. At the end of our trip, we waited for 1hr to check out until we decided to carry our 60lbs of luggage down 15 flights of stairs. With someone who is a veteran and disable this was absolutely unacceptable and further hurting my back, neck, and knees just blew me. The room itself is nice but with all the negatives, they outweighed any positives I had for this stay. I will not be staying here again especially as the hosts or W hotel are unable to accommodate me in any way.

I would not recommend this location because nothing is discussed ahead of time. Everything is discussed at the time of arrival so you’re not given the option of not staying there every night there was airplanes that was loud and we could not sleep. They did not tell you ahead of time about the parking that you have to pay for it. Everything was thrown at you at the last minute, which is not fair to the customers to spend that kind of money is ridiculous if you’re not aware of the cost

Really loved the property stayed on the 44 floor with balcony. Great view, Construction is happening so it is noisy mornings at times but nevertheless great view. Amenities were perfect the onsite spa is really relaxing. overall host was really efficient and if you have a vehicle they do accommodate parking if available. Unlike anywhere else I've stayed. Amenities are not available on the day of checkout. For a much as you pay to stay at this property. You should be able to enjoy all amenities until at the least 10:30am.. the towel girl @ the pool was very rude and dismissive to the guest.
